Aly was incredibly professional and thoughtful: She made sure we understood the template legalese in all the contracts before we even signed with her to make sure we understood the language *before* being under contract for a house. We appreciated this since it was the first time we were buying a house and this would have been really overwhelming.

Aly then got a sense of what we wanted from a house with a set of questions. We continued to refine that list as we looked through houses and found more of what we did and did not want. I had been trying for several years to sell the house my deceased wife and I had occupied since the late eighties.
